Services No Problem Consulting offers bookkeeping, payroll, and consulting services to clients as needed.
Payment Clients are responsible for timely payment of invoices issued by No Problem Consulting for services rendered.
Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information disclosed during the course of services.
Termination Either party may terminate services upon written notice. Any outstanding fees will be due upon termination.
Limitation of Liability No Problem Consulting is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the services provided.
Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States of America.
Changes to Terms No Problem Consulting reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients may be notified of any changes.
